Terms and Conditions for Manerk Studios

Notice: By agreeing to this online terms of use, you as the booking customer agree that you will sign the following agreements upon entry of Manerk Studios facilities. All clients are required to sign a document upon arrival prior to the beginning of their session.In summary, the Terms and Conditions fall into four issues:

1. The booking client is responsible in every way for what happens during the session without regard to who in the booking customer’s party did something wrong, damaged something, or violated the Studio Rental Agreement in any way.

2. Set up, tear down, and whatever it takes to return the studio to its original, organized, and clean condition are to be done in the booked time slot. Please prepare to stop your session and pack up early enough for you to exit the studio at the end of your booked time.

3. Please respect our staff, signage, and other clients at all times.

* Consecutive cancellations (twice or more in a row) will not be refunded or credited.

Acceptance of Terms

The user agrees to accept these terms before purchasing our services. These terms and conditions must be accepted in full and no user is permitted to accept only a part of these terms and conditions. The utilization of the services we offer requires that you have read and comprehend these terms and conditions and that you are in acceptance to follow each and every one of them.

Modifications to these terms

Apex Photo Studios reserves the right to modify any service or feature offered on the website at any time without giving you any notice. These modifications could be a result of any technical glitch, virus, tampering, malware or any other reason that could be detrimental to the company’s processes and services. However, we will not be held liable for these issues or any and all damages they may cause.

No False Information

The user agrees that all the information provided to us will not be inaccurate or misleading. Manerk Studios is not liable for any information provided by the users that is incomplete, false or misleading.

Prohibited Use of Site

Reproducing, duplicating, modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, transferring, publishing, creating imitative works from or otherwise exploiting for any purpose the content, software, products, services or data found on this domain is strictly prohibited.
