From fashion and beauty to commercial, product, music video, and branded content, the room is designed for crews that need flexibility, fast load-in, and production support without unnecessary friction.

BEFORE YOUR SHOOT.
Does setup and breakdown count toward booked time?
Yes. Setup, breakdown, cleanup, and load-out are all part of the reserved booking time.
Can I add a set design or painted backdrop?
Yes. Set designs, custom builds, painted backdrops, lighting, fresh cyc paint, plexi flooring, and other production options can be requested with your booking.
Is parking available for a full production crew?
Yes. The studio has 40+ parking spaces and a large roll-up door for easier production load-in.
How does overtime work?
Overtime begins when the booking time ends, so crews should include enough time for breakdown and cleanup when planning the reservation.
Is a booking request automatically confirmed?
No. Submit the request first and the studio will review availability, production needs, and requested add-ons before confirmation.
